While we no longer offer payment plans directly through the clinic, we are happy to accept and provide these payment plan solutions. For more information and/or to apply, click on the logos below.

We also accept cash, and credit cards for direct payment. We apologize checks are not currently accepted. All fees are due at the time services are rendered.
