Monday through Friday: regular appointments and scheduled procedures.
Saturday and Sunday: urgent care, sick pets, and walk-ins. No annual exams, health certificates, tech appointments, vaccines, nail trims, anal gland expression, or allergy or arthritis injections on weekends.

If coming from Palmer:
- Take the Glenn Highway South
- Pass the clinic and you will turn RIGHT on Crimsonview Drive
- Then turn RIGHT on Crimsonview Court
To get back to Palmer from the clinic:
- Take a right on to Glenn Highway South
- Perform a U-turn at the next stop light at Outer Springer Loop
If coming from Wasilla/Anchorage Area:
- Take the Glenn Highway North
Note: You can no longer turn LEFT from the Glenn Highway to access the clinic via Crimsonview Drive - Pass the clinic going North and at the next stop light at Inner Springer Loop, perform a U-turn on to Glenn Highway South
- Then turn RIGHT on Crimsonview Drive
- Then turn RIGHT on Crimsonview Court
